Virtual Training Classes
Attend a live, virtual training class from the comfort of your home
or office. All you need is a high-speed internet connection, the software, a speakerphone
and one or two days to learn the essentials of such programs as Adobe Captivate, RoboHelp,
FrameMaker and HTML.
Here's how our virtual classes work:
- Register for a class and pay your tuition.
- Check your email after registering... you'll receive a receipt within minutes. The receipt contains a link to a PDF with important information about the course including
date, time and login information.
- On the date of your class, use your computer and
go the web site specified in your confirmation PDF. (If this is your
first time attending a virtual class with us, we recommend you go to the
class site at least 24 hours prior to ensure accessibility to the training site and download the necessary
meeting software.)
- On the day of the class, call the phone number included with your
confirmation PDF (some classes also support Voice Over IP) so you can hear and speak with your fellow classmates
and instructor ... and that's it.
