Class Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing (you can fax your cancellation request to 443.782.2366) or mail it to:

If you cancel more than 10 business days before your class, your tuition will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel fewer than 10 business days before your class or fail to show up for the class, you will not receive a refund.

Cancellation Due to Connectivity Issues

We have offered online classes for nearly three years. In that time, nearly all of our students have been able to access the class and fully participate without issue. However, some hardware and software configurations beyond our control can negatively impact access to the meeting space and VOIP.

If you are unable to attend the class due to an inability to access the meeting space on your end, you don't have the required software or you have other hardware issues, you will be moved into the next available class. If no class is available, you can request a refund (less a $75 processing fee and the costs of any books/materials/shipping). We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Due to Illness

If you cancel your class due to illness less than 10 business days before your class, you will be enrolled into the next scheduled class.

Note: If your instructor cannot access the virtual meeting space due to Internet connectivity problems, your class may be cancelled. In that case, you will be enrolled into the next scheduled class.

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy and benefit from our classes. We believe our unique blend of training techniques and instructor experience will result in a wonderful training experience for you. However, things can always happen that might dampen things for you. Once you have attended a class, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be happy and we want to be fair. If you are dissatisfied with one of our classes, you can request to take the class again for free within 30 days of your original class with a different instructor (if availalbe). You can also request a voucher you can use toward another IconLogic class of equal or lesser value. Finally, you can request a free online consult with an instructor that would address areas of particular concern. All reasonable requests will be considered.
